The Right Way for Female runners
Running is more on an exercise or maybe a daily routine for most women, but staying clean and infection-free during your training is a must-lifestyle that a female runner must achieved while on her track.

But achieving this is a long way to go. So here, I’m gonna share some tips on becoming a perfectly fit and healthy runner. But before that let me ask you to take note of these things and I bet/suppose you’ve done at least one of the following:

     * Gone for a run, taken care of a few errands on your way home, done some household tasks, and started cooking dinner-all before showering.

     * Gone for a sweaty run with some friends and then hit a bagel or coffee shop together afterwards before heading home to shower.

     * Realized you'd run out of clean workout clothes, so you pulled out a pair of shorts or tights from your dirty-clothes hamper.

Am I right? Most of women at times have been guilty of ignoring fundamentals of feminine hygiene which suddenly results to irritation and infection, and who pays? Female organs, such as bladder and vagina, as stressed by sports gynecologists. Sweat mixed with warm bodily fluids creates the perfect breeding ground for bacteria, yeast, and other germs. So yes, it is really suggested to wear clean running clothes and shower right after a run, more especially during the hot summer months.

Here are some more pointers that I suggest must be considered: One must hydrate fully before and after your runs and remember that dehydration coupled with too much caffeine will catalyze bladder irritation and infection. Nix your underwear and wear your running shorts with looser-fitting liners if your vaginal area tends to chafe. And also, avid fit underwear that can sometimes cause itching. And in cold season, wear synthetic undies as a protective layer under your nylon tights which can be somehow irritating. If you're menstruating, use unscented sanitary products to avoid irritation, and change your tampon or pad right after you run. Finally, if you experience a bout of "runner's trots," common during hot-weather running, wipe your bottom carefully. Your feces can easily contaminate your vagina and cause infection.

So for a woman to stay healthy inspite of running stings, one must remove her body worries before running longer miles. So run and get fit physically while staying healthy inside and out.
